This paper towel holder manufactured by Kessebohmer is part of a backsplash railing system and should be used to accessorize the railing system or stainless steel railing system. Its hooks attach to the 1/4" diameter tubing on the railing systems. Plastic caps are placed on the end of the hooks to prevent unintentional marring of the wall and railing. This paper towel holder stores paper towels within arm's reach and are dispensed conveniently as needed.
