with a 30-day return policy. A 20% to 30% re-stocking fee will apply.
Credit is for material only. The return request must be issued
with a within that time. Required:
1. You return the item within 30 days -
with an RMA # (required)
2. Contact us for the RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #)
2. You return all the parts included with the product.
3. The product is returned in the package originally supplied by
the manufacturer in resalable condition.
Special order
items from the manufacturer are non-refundable. Please call when
order is placed to verify if special order.
All you have to do is e-mail us at sales@kehardware.com,
provide us the original order number, the product you want to return or exchange, the reason for the return, and your name,
daytime telephone number and e-mail address. We will promptly return your e-mail authorizing the return. Then you
